From the soon-to-be 51st state in America: "The District of Columbia community joined our US military veterans when they established the following vision based on the innovative and transformative characteristics of Walter Reed’s historic mission and the physical qualities of the site. The reuse of Walter Reed should honor its legacy as a center for innovation and excellence."
The people and citizens after two-years of open hearings and study released.  (WRAMC LRA)

  • In 2019, our real estate exclusive representatives of Jeff Manas (on Linkedin and at the CBRE site) and John Kerr (on Linkedin and at the CBRE site) at CBRE showcased 11 properties to us, Marti and Stormy Mongiello. As a military disabled and injured vetrepreneur owned company, we selected the former Walter Reed General Hospital as the best opportunity for our expansion of The Inn of the Patriots, LLC at The Parks (http://www.theparksdc.com). We placed a formal letter of offer on the 288,000 square feet with Hines via Cushman and Wakefield. Our proposal calls for our third-level development to now become 235 rooms and suites in a slowly phased, step-by-step expansion.

  • We are presently carrying a 9.8 out of 10 for the third straight year from Booking.com, a member of the awarded AAA Diamonds program, been featured as a prize on Wheel of Fortune five times, showcased on NBC, ABC, CBS, PBS, FOX, CNN, NHK Asia, Vitaya of Europe and BrusselsTV reaching close to three billion viewers on six continents. We have begun scaling and closing down our operations in NC in preparation for our move.

  • Using proven fact-finding studies by the Bush Foundation into veterans, veteran suicide, the 46,000+ non-profits in America claiming to be helping vets, and what veterans need to succeed in America brought about how successful veterans are when owning their own business or franchise. For that reason, our plan heavily focuses on launching 20+ veteran-owned businesses inside of the hotel and museum. An example is a restaurant. Another is the bakery and coffee shop. A third is the nail salon. Veterans excel compared to their civilian counterparts when they own a franchise or their own innovative operation. IN THIS WAY WE WILL REUSE WALTER REED TO HONOR ITS LEGACY AS A CENTER FOR INNOVATION AND EXCELLENCE.

"The reuse of Walter Reed should honor its legacy as a center for innovation and excellence." The people

Vetrepreneurs are well known across America as power-based titans of business success...

"This myth of the broken veteran is a lie. The fake news of veterans might shoot up the whole office is a sham. Not hiring veterans is a sin. Withholding work and jobs from vets is a disgrace and those who engage in such are a joke - just look at their employment numbers. And not funding veterans projects is the stupidest and worst business mistake a VC, banker, or Angel can make. Don't buy into the hype built around fraud." Martin CJ Mongiello, invited by President Obama to the White House to discuss VET ISSUES, 2015. Later, the subject of a Presidential Inquiry with the VA - launched by the President and one of the first-ever citizens in America to use the new Facebook utility to directly contact the President in the White House.

"For investors looking to cash in on massive ROI - Vetrepreneurs have a power-based record as TITANS that kick-it as innovators of excellence. The time to ignite a new WAVE of female vetrepreneurs is now." Stormy L. Mongiello, at The Parks (http://www.theparksdc.com), 2019. A new WAVE- Women as Veteran Entrepreneurs.
We have the power to do anything, become anything, and accomplish much. Mentally and physically strong - the SHERO work ethic carries this Army veterinarian to accomplish much. Capt. Danica Goodheart spends up to 25 hours in the gym, training year-round. She is assigned as a veterinary services officer at Fort Bragg, N.C. One night while Danica Goodheart worked the overnight shift at an emergency veterinary clinic in Concord, New Hampshire, a middle-aged couple emerged from the winter cold carrying a bleeding pit bull... read her story.

"During the first phase of the Reuse Planning process, the WRAMC LRA project team worked with community stakeholders to develop an overarching vision and set of goals for the Site.

Following are the four project goals that were developed with the community:
    1. Integrate the Site with the Community: Establish a reuse, preservation and development strategy that integrates the Site with the local neighborhoods, supports the redevelopment of the Georgia Avenue corridor, and provides public benefits for the surrounding community.
    2. Provide a Mix of Uses: Create a plan that accommodates a mix of uses, including retail, diverse housing options, and cultural uses.
    3. Create New Jobs and Revenue for DC: Mitigate the potential impact of lost jobs and revenues from the vacated Site on the adjacent commercial corridor by creating new employment opportunities for DC residents and increased revenue from property and sales taxes for the District that can, in turn, help support neighborhood services.
    4. Activate the Site: Develop a realistic implementation and phasing strategy that addresses environmental issues, maximizes market viability, minimizes site vacancy, and competitively attracts qualified and quality development partners.

    Community Engagement Highlights:

    • The Goals were gathered with community input.
    • There was an extensive public engagement process from 2010-2012.
    • 11 workshops total were held for both the Reuse Plan and Small Area Plan. The meetings were designed to be highly interactive with participants.
    • Meetings attendance averaged over 100 people.
    • Participants voiced preferences and concerns throughout the process.
    • Keypad polling was used to set priorities “live” while at the meetings.
    • The Community continues to believe the reuse of Walter Reed should honor its legacy as a place for innovation and excellence." (WRAMC LRA)

Living wages and correct personnel on duty are commensurate while producing excellent return on investment for the veteran community and stakeholders putting money in.

The final structure selected by investors and the management will change this plan based on square footage. Despite the business plan writer, Martin CJ Mongiello, MBA, MA, MCFE writing plans used by universities to teach with across the earth like Wharton, Stanford, UNC, and Harvard to thousands of students daily - this plan could be considered invalid and tainted awaiting a third party, conflict of interest-free expert to reassess his plan while accurately working in the proposed building with the architect and construction company.

"The purpose of a corporation is wise, Robin Hood, wealth redistribution and sharing. Not to enrich the few at the top in a grotesque manner. We, who are super smart, are to ethically use our wisdom to assemble, coach, manage and lead tens of thousands in a company to change the world. That is the purpose of business success and corporations. Not to remunerate a few people with a combined total of billions of dollars in salary and stock options. The non-profits that pay CEO's $200K+ per year while running charity organizations for the poor, those looking for clothes, veterans organizations, lobbying efforts, nature and preservation are not a true friend of the 98% being pan-handled for $10.00 donations. If you want to be paid millions of dollars as a CEO, why not invent something and run a for-profit company that you own and built."
